Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DFI International Holding W.L.L (“DFI”, “we”, “us”), a holding company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, handles personal data in connection with this website, www.digitalfinance.bh (the “Site”). We process personal data in accordance with the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018, “PDPL”) and, where applicable, other data protection laws relevant to visitors, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2. What data we collect
This Site is informational. We do not require registration and we do not ask you to submit personal data to browse it. We may process the following limited categories of data:
- Contact data you choose to send us. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message).
- Technical data. When you visit the Site, standard technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and device information) may be processed by our hosting provider for the purpose of delivering the Site securely.
- Third-party embedded services. The Site uses Google Fonts to display typography and offers an embedded Google Map on the contact section. The map loads only after you choose to activate it (see Section 6). When these services load, your IP address and related technical data are transmitted to Google. Google's processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
3. Why we process data and on what basis
- Responding to enquiries — to answer messages you send us (legitimate interest / steps taken at your request).
- Operating the Site — security, stability, and delivery of content (legitimate interest).
- Legal compliance — where we are required to retain or disclose information under applicable law.
We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the Site (such as hosting and email providers) and with authorities where required by law. Because some providers (for example, Google) operate globally, data may be transferred outside the Kingdom of Bahrain. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPL and other applicable laws.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use tracking pixels or behavioural advertising.
- Strictly necessary storage. The Site may use minimal technical storage required for it to function correctly. This does not require consent.
- Google Maps (on your action only). The map in the contact section is not loaded automatically. It loads only after you click to activate it; at that point Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address under Google's privacy policy. If you do not activate the map, no Google Maps cookies are set.
- Google Fonts. Fonts are requested from Google's servers, which involves transmission of your IP address but does not involve advertising cookies.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the PDPL and, where relevant, the GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@digitalfinance.bh. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the Personal Data Protection Authority of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the limited nature of the data we process to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.
9. Children
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be available on this page.
